At TMB ModularBottle, we stand behind the quality of our home hydration solutions and offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused modular components. If you are not completely satisfied with your configuration, we will gladly assist you with a refund or exchange to ensure your home setup is perfect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific modular parts you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Components

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all gaskets and lids are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned modular components, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
